Located on an 8 acre campus adjacent to Rochester's picturesque Highland Park, St. John's Home 475 resident skilled care facility provides round-the-clock skilled nursing care and assistance with the activities of daily living. Available services are tailored to the resident's individual needs, and include nursing, medical, pharmacy, therapy, social work, pastoral care, therapeutic recreation, and beautician/barber services. Administrative Biographies

Charles K. Runyon, President and Chief Executive Officer
Charlie has been president and chief executive officer of St. John's since 2002. He previously served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and administrator. He oversees the operations and staff members across St. John's. He has been a member of the board of directors of the New York State Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) and also past chair of the board of directors of the Rochester Area Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (RAHSA), the local affiliate of NYAHSA. Charlie also served on the board of the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

Jim began as finance director in January of 2008, and was promoted to vice p resident in July of 2010. Jim has over 20 years experience in health care and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from RIT in 1975. He enjoys working and serving in organizations that specialize in long-term care. He currently is the Chairman of Upstate-West Financial Managers Council which is made up of New York Association of Homes & Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) members.

Veronica Barber, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, St. John's Home
Veronica was appointed vice president and chief administrative officer of St. John's Home in 2002. She was previously with the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA), where she served as senior policy analyst. Veronica, a licensed NYS administrator, has a very broad base of knowledge, including operations, government policy (both State and Federal), and regulatory issues.

Duane oversees the marketing of St. John's. He previously held three successsive positions within the Seniorsfirst organization and is a member of several Rochester-area professional groups, specializing in elder care, including GRAPE and RAHSA. He is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College.

Robert Huff, RN, Director of Nursing

Rob Huff has been at St. John's since 2008 and served as the Assistant Director of Nursing until his promotion to Director of Nursing in 2011. Rob has held several leadership positions in long term care since 1997. He also has membership in a number of professional organizations such as the American Nurses Association and the American Diabetes Association. He is an Advocate Volunteer for the Alzheimers Association. Rob is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College and an Eden Associate. He is married with two boys and coaches youth football at HFL.
