Skalny Day Break Medical Adult Day Program
At St. John's, we offer services to you as you continue to live in your own home. Each day, at Day Break Adult Day Service, clients join us for an interesting day of activities and companionship, returning to their families in the evening.

Day Break offers companionship, activities and health supervision.

If you've started to look for adult day services to match your needs, or the needs of a relative or a friend, St. John's can help. Admissions, tours, or a home visit are coordinated by the Day Break team, working with referral agent, family and physician. Day Break Adult Day Program at St. John's offers a safe, nurturing environment supervised by professional, caring staff. Individual care plans, matching each person's needs, are developed to promote independence and choice. Our adult day program embraces the principles of the Eden Alternative.

Skalny Day Break is located at St. John's Home and is a medical-model adult day program, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
