St. John's Home Wolk Rehabilitation Center: Working Towards Independence

The Wolk Rehabilitation Center features state-of-the art equipment and therapies.

At our state-of-the-art Wolk Rehabilitation Center, St. John's Home offers one of the Rochester area's most highly regarded rehabilitation programs. St. John's Home interdisciplinary team approach allows each client to achieve the highest possible level of independence through rehabilitation. Most rehabilitation clients stay in residence from 2 to 12 weeks and then return home, although referrals for longer stays can be arranged. St. John's Home comprehensive rehabilitation services include:

• Occupational Therapy
• Music Therapy
• Speech and Hearing Services
• Speech-Language Pathology
• Independent Living Skills Training
