St. John's Home staff is an interdisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, and a support staff trained to perform the highest quality of care with compassion and sensitivity, all within the principles of the Eden Alternative . St. John's medical staff includes four full-time physicians, who are board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospice and palliative medicine. Certified and licensed professionals in our social work, therapeutic recreation, rehabilitation, pharmacy, and adult day services departments number more than 50. Care partners include Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, unit aides, and unit secretaries. St. John's is especially pleased to report that care is provided entirely by St. John's employees, with no reliance on temporary staff. Being agency-free, in addition to a staff turnover rate below local and national averages allows you and your loved one to establish warm relationships with our staff.
